Dual-System Lennox Install Keeps Every Floor Comfortable

Two-story homes are tricky. The upstairs runs hot, the downstairs stays cool, and a single system trying to balance both usually ends up failing at one or the other. The fix isn't always just a bigger unit - sometimes the right answer is two separate systems, each doing its job for its own floor.

That's exactly what we set this home up with. One complete Lennox heating and cooling system for the first floor, and a second dedicated system for the second floor. Each level gets its own furnace and AC unit, which means each level gets real comfort - not a compromise.

The furnaces we installed are running at 96% efficiency. That's about as efficient as a gas furnace gets. More of the fuel you're paying for goes toward actually heating your home, and less of it gets vented out. Over time, that kind of efficiency adds up in a real way on your utility bills.

On the cooling side, both outdoor Lennox condensing units are mounted on concrete pads and wired up clean. Inside, the furnaces and coils are properly piped and sealed - the kind of installation that's built to last, not just built to pass inspection. We take the details seriously whether they're visible or buried behind a wall.
